Huntair abides by the Nortek Air Solutions Quality Policy:

We will conduct business with a total commitment to understanding and satisfying customers’ needs. Our Quality Management System (QMS) is designed to ensure that customer requirements are captured during product definition, and that customer satisfaction is assessed on an ongoing basis to ensure that our operations are aligned to deliver quality products and services.

 

There are 5 sections of the QMS Program:

  1. Quality Management System: To identify, plan, document, operate and continually improve.
  2. Management Responsibility: Top management commitment to develop, implement and continually improve.
  3. Resource Management: Determine the various resource needs to operate & manage the QMS.  Enhance customer satisfaction by meeting requirements.
  4. Product Realization: To plan, operate and control the processes that determine, design, produce/deliver product and services.
  5. Measurement, Analysis and Improvement: To plan, measure, analyze and improve processes for product conformity.
